We are two sisters and a cousin who are trained in art, photography and ceramics. It was our goal to apply our design, color and form sensibilities to an environmentally-friendly product. We started treeodesign in 2006 with a line of wrapping paper and gift boxes that have eclectic, funny and elegant designs. They are printed on recycled and FSC papers, they are sturdy enough for re-use, and (as of 2008) they have no-plastic packaging. We believe it’s the small choices we make every day that culminate in big change. Obviously, it is most earth-friendly to not wrap gifts at all. But if you must, we’re happy to offer an innovative line that does not deplete resources.
